New disciplinarian and Assistant

The disciplinarian head is known as Gegu in Tibetan and her assistant is called Chapre. Together they take responsibility of the nunnery overall discipline. The tenure of their service is one year and on the 07th November,2020 an auspicious occasion of Lhabab Duchen (Buddha’s descending from heaven festival),new disciplinarian and her assistant is enthroned and responsibility is passed by previous disciplinarian.

Geshema Tenzin Namdol la is the new disciplinarian of the nunnery and her assistant is Gen. Lobsang Dolma la. Nunnery Abbot and all nuns with strong support, wish both of them Tashi Delek with implementation of wisdom, patience, kindness and compassion for the spiritualistic year ahead.
